We started making cakes last year when I decided I wanted to make my son's first birthday cake. I took the basic cake decorating class through Wiltons. Other than that I have learned through YouTube and trial and error. This blog is to document the progress of my families cake decorating skills. The letters ABCD come from the intials of each of our last names, kinda funny.

Fondant recipe
We use the following recipe to make our marshmallow fondant. It tastes great and isn't too hard to make.
