The cake was french vanilla with strawberry preserve filling. This cake was so much fun to make; who doesn't like babies!?! I was a little worried that the fondant was too dry (cracking) but it turned out nice. Yeah!

Baby Shower Cake
I love baby shower cakes!! No the duck and blocks are not edible, come on! We made this one for my coworker whose wife is due next month. Congrats!!

Zombie Cake
For my nephew's 13th birthday we made a zombie cake. The house was made to look like his house. The house was made of pound cake covered in fondant and the base was made of confetti cake covered in butter cream. The pillars were made of rice crispies. We put raw sugar on top of the base to look like the rocks in his yard. The zombies were bought online and they glow in the dark.
It was more work then we thought it would be but it was worth it. The zombie party was awesome!!
