We started making cakes last year when I decided I wanted to make my son's first birthday cake. I took the basic cake decorating class through Wiltons. Other than that I have learned through YouTube and trial and error. This blog is to document the progress of my families cake decorating skills. The letters ABCD come from the intials of each of our last names, kinda funny.

Flower Birthday Cake
This cake was made by my sister for her coworker's birthday in December 2010. It was made with marshmallow fondant icing, white cake, and chocolate ganache in the middle. What can we say, we love the ganache.
